Warfarin and Anticoagulation

If you are someone who is on warfarin long-term for a health condition, your GP can refer you into our Anti-coagulation service. We have a number of specialist nurses who run the service. They will monitor your blood, and ensure that you are always on the right dose of warfarin so that your blood is not too thick or too thin.

They work over a number of sites and we try to ensure that you are seen at a time and location suitable for you.

Your GP will refer you to the service and we will then contact you directly to make an appointment.

If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact our service co-ordinator.

The Anti-Coagulation clinics run at 10 locations in Harrow from 8.30am-7pm, Monday to Friday:
